With a background in sales for major bluechip companies and formerly a consu​ltant for a leading international negotiation firm, James has witnessed first hand the benefits strong negotiation skills can have in both life and business. James is now on a mission to share his knowledge and empower SME's across all business sectors to take control and mosr crucially maximise results in all types of negotiations - both internally and externally. James is a member of the Institute of Directors, WeWork and "FORE" Business Golf in Marlow.

If you want to succeed, you must know how to negotiate. Understanding how to conduct effective negotiations is crucial to unlocking value and forging strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers. In this stimulating talk, James will discuss negotiation styles, factors that determine the type of negotiation; and the importance of adapting your behaviour to take control of the negotiation process.
