His particular specialism is helping you to know and understand your numbers and using your numbers to help you achieve your business goals. James supports you with cash flow, budgets and business plans and generally helping make your business more resilient and in a good position to weather any challenges ahead.
James has helped many clients to convert to Xero or understand and fully utilise Xero to improve the finance function and interpret the information available.
His initla focus with any new client is to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business, the wider industry, goals and the challenges they face. He always provides a highly personal service so that you benefit fully from his depth of knowledge, experience and expertise.
In recent years much of his work has been helping entrepreneurs and family businesses through different stages of their life cycle.
