What is the recruitment process?

We are looking to recruit students with a minimum 300 UCAS points and an expected 2:1 degree and above.

All Graduate positions will be based from our Watford, Hertfordshire location. Make sure this location is accessible for you. All of our recruitment stages are designed to help both you and us make the right decisions.

The stages will take the form of:

  • Application assessment
  • Telephone interview
  • Face to face interviews
  • Online assessments

 Complete our Student application form and post or email to us with your current CV and covering letter.

1. If your application is successful, we will invite you to undertake a telephone interview. This will be a good chance for you to really understand our firm and how we visualise your three year contract unfolding.

2. If your telephone interview goes well, you will be invited to a face to face interview with both HR and a Manager from the Audit Team.

3. We will send you online assessments to complete. We use these for all our potential Hillier Hopkins recruits, not just students.

4. On the final stage you will meet a current student and be interviewed by a Principal.
Throughout the process,you will meet a variety of key staff who will support you during the student programme.
