Ben specialises in helping those over the age of 55 with substantial liquid wealth achieve lasting peace of mind in connection with all their financial affairs. Key to this is the formation of a long lasting consultative relationship. This typically involves advising on investment consultancy, wealth enhancement, wealth protection, wealth transfer and charitable giving.
We use scientific academic principles to build portfolios. We help to explain why it is pointless to worry about the FTSE and Dow Jones and so on. Clients will be confident that their financial affairs are arranged robustly, coherently and tax efficiently.
We offer a family office approach to clients combining professional high level investment and taxation advice. We are paid on a strictly fees only basis and therefore never suffer the conflicts of interest that are endemic in this world.
Skills and experience
Ben has over 25 years experience in financial services and his key areas of expertise are consultative wealth management including portfolio design and management. He helps wealthy individuals and trustees over the age of 55 make informed decisions regarding the management of their wealth.

What clients say
"Ben Sherwood has been my financial adviser for almost 7 years. He has always impressed me by his dependable rejection of hyperbole, not a trait found universally in the sector! His healthy scepticism of the highly speculative combined with sound practical judgement creates quiet, but sure confidence. A very good man to have nurturing your financial wellbeing." John Farrant
