Joel joined Hillier Hopkins in 1995 as an audit student. He obtained the ACA qualification in 1998. He moved into the tax department in 1998 and qualified with the Institute of Taxation in 2000 to become a Chartered Tax Adviser. Joel was promoted from Senior Tax Manager to Member in April 2006.

Joel specialises in Employee Benefits and tax issues affecting contractors including IR35 and the settlements legislation. He will act as the contact point for all of your tax queries and has a wide range of experience across corporate and personal tax as well as employer tax related issues.
