During ten years at BDO Stoy Hayward, Jonathan qualified in 1986 and worked as a business group manager, gaining in depth experience in audit and corporate transactions, especially business sales and demergers. As well as his wide experience in audit, Jonathan advises on commercial and taxation aspects of transactions including demergers, disposals and acquisitions, and acts as an expert witness.  He was commissioned to write a guide to the preparation of business plans for accountants and advisers, and several taxation articles for a medical periodical.
