Environmental Management

We continue to implement new measures to decrease our environmental impact and make every attempt to reduce wastage. All our paper waste is used as scrap paper or shredded for recycling. Along with stationery, we collect and recycle a variety of items:

• Paper including magazines and brochures
• Mobile phones and chargers
• Printer cartridges through the Hopsice of St Francis
• Plastic and glass bottles
• Stamps
• Aluminium bottle tops and food trays

We have reduced our lighting usage in several offices through movement sensitive and low wattage technology (CAT7).

Over the past two years we have been working towards a paperless office and invested in document management software which is now fully operational.

We have also worked to centralise our business teams, to reduce the need for travel between offices.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We are a socially responsible business and committed to making a positive contribution to our community. We support a wide variety of charities and community organisations and place an emphasis on causes within our local area.

Sponsorship:

• Corporate sponsorship of fundraising events, charity concerts and youth sporting events
• Tabard Rugby Club Juniors
• Two youth football teams

Each year we support many local charitable organisations with sponsorship of their events, advertising in their publications and raising money through staff fundraising activities.

Dress down days and active fundraising events happen throughout the year for the various charities that we support including, Jeans for Genes, Red Nose Day, Children in Need, and The Lennox Children's cancer fund and stamp collecting in aid of a number of local charities.
